INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING

Available In Person + Online

Therapy for the overwhelmed, the curious, and everyone in between. Available in person or online, or through your workplace. Whether you're navigating a rough patch or just want to understand yourself better, psychotherapeutic counselling offers a genuine space to pause, explore, reflect and reconnect — with more kindness and compassion.

You don't have to reach crisis point before you're allowed to ask for support.

Sometimes you've been coping for so long that you realise coping and feeling okay aren't quite the same thing.

A space to explore

  • Two chat bubble illustrations, one light blue and one beige, overlapping each other.

    Pause

    Slow things down.
Make space for what's on your mind, without pressure to explain it perfectly or have everything figured out.

  • Light blue neon star-shaped line art on a black background.

    Explore

    Get curious.
Explore your experiences, relationships and patterns, and begin to understand what may be shaping how you think, feel and respond.

  • A spiral of beige, tangled lines on a black background.

    Move Forward

    Find what feels right.
Greater self-awareness can create more choice: what you want to keep, what you might change and what you want to carry forward differently.

‘Life doesn’t come with a manual - we're all figuring it out as we go’

Perhaps you've been holding everything together for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to put yourself first. Maybe you're overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected. You might recognise patterns that keep repeating, feel as though you're living on autopilot, or simply want to understand yourself better.

You don't need to arrive with answers…

…just a

Ways to Explore…

Therapy doesn’t have to look one particular way. Explore the different ways we can work together.

Hello, I'm Christina.

I'm a trainee Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with more than 22 years' experience working alongside children, families, professionals and communities within education.

My approach is grounded, relational and exploratory. I work integratively, drawing on different therapeutic approaches rather than expecting you to fit one particular model. I bring curiosity, compassion and a genuine interest in the person sitting in front of me.

I offer Online or In Person appointments in my office in Doncaster.

Professional training & practice

I am currently undertaking professional training as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor on a UKCP-accredited training programme at the Ellesmere Centre in Hull. I have reached the stage of training at which I am approved to work with clients in private practice under regular clinical supervision. This enables me to offer therapy at a reduced fee while completing my training.

My work is supported by regular clinical supervision, the requirements of my training organisation and the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice, and I work within the limits of my competence.
